Bow and arrow

This posture, also known as Virabhadrasana I in other yoga practices, is a standing position that involves stretching forward with one leg bent and the other leg extended backwards. Arms are parallel to the floor, forming a straight bow pose. Ego eradicator

The Ego Eradicator is a seated posture that involves sitting comfortably in a meditation position with your spine straight. The arms are raised at a 60-degree angle above the head, with the palms facing up and the fingers curled. The arms are slightly straight, the shoulders relaxed, and the chin is slightly tucked in to align the neck. This posture is often accompanied by the breathing of fire (kapalabhati) to stimulate vital energy and eliminate emotional blockages, while strengthening the nervous system and balancing the cerebral hemispheres.

Cat Cow

The Cat Cow pose is a series of fluid movements performed on the hands and knees. From a neutral position with a flat back, the spine is alternately arched downward (cow position) then rounded upward (cat position), synchronizing the movements with breathing. This dynamic sequence stretches and strengthens the spine, massages the abdominal organs, stimulates blood circulation and balances the central nervous system. It is often used to awaken and energize the body at the start of Kundalini Yoga practice.
